冷渣器由滾筒、轉動系統、驅動機構、進渣裝置、出渣裝置、冷卻水系和電控裝置等組成,其主要結構及功能如下:
1、滾筒:由內筒、外筒套裝一起構成,并與熱膨脹節旋轉接頭、回水管形成封閉水腔。內筒內壁焊有呈螺旋狀分布的螺旋葉片及縱向葉片,能將灰渣的熱量通過傳導、對流、輻射等多種形式傳遞到循環冷卻水中。
2、轉動(dong)系(xi)統:由支(zhi)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)圈、支(zhi)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)輪(lun)(lun)、擋(dang)輪(lun)(lun)等組(zu)成,支(zhi)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)圈套裝在滾(gun)(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)外(wai),在驅(qu)動(dong)機構驅(qu)動(dong)下(xia)帶動(dong)滾(gun)(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)在四個(ge)支(zhi)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)輪(lun)(lun)上旋轉。通過支(zhi)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)輪(lun)(lun)的調整可實現滾(gun)(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)高度的調整,應對支(zhi)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)圈磨損后滾(gun)(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)高度的下(xia)降。擋(dang)輪(lun)(lun)可限制滾(gun)(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)軸(zhou)向位移。
3、驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機構:由(you)減速(su)(su)機支架、擺線針輪(lun)減速(su)(su)機、主動(dong)(dong)(dong)鏈輪(lun)、 被動(dong)(dong)(dong)鏈輪(lun)和套筒滾子鏈等組(zu)成(cheng)。主要(yao)功(gong)能(neng)是驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)滾筒旋轉,推(tui)動(dong)(dong)(dong)灰渣向出口(kou)流動(dong)(dong)(dong)。
4、進渣裝置:由進渣口、進渣管、進渣箱體、封渣裝置等組成。鍋爐底渣經進渣口通過進渣管流入冷渣機滾筒內,進渣箱體設負壓風口,封渣裝置通過反螺旋防止灰渣泄漏(詳細結構見附圖)。
5、出(chu)渣(zha)裝置:由出(chu)口密封(feng)(feng)罩、出(chu)渣(zha)口等(deng)組成。按(an)需要設(she)負壓風(feng)口、放灰口等(deng),密封(feng)(feng)罩分可(ke)方便(bian)拆(chai)卸的上下(xia)兩部分,方便(bian)檢修(xiu)。
6、冷(leng)卻水系(xi):由旋轉(zhuan)接頭、筒口(kou)水管、回水管、金屬軟管等組成,能將吸收(shou)的灰渣熱量帶(dai)走。其中(zhong)旋轉(zhuan)接頭部分將進水、回水均置于(yu)(yu)出(chu)口(kou)端,不僅方便檢修,而且安(an)(an)全。旋轉(zhuan)接頭裝(zhuang)設有(you)壓力表(biao)、熱電阻(zu)、安(an)(an)全閥等安(an)(an)全附件,具體(ti)方位和(he)安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)方式見附圖(tu);按工程要求安(an)(an)全附件有(you)的裝(zhuang)設于(yu)(yu)冷(leng)卻水管道(dao)之上(shang)。
